Chicken stir fry rice vermicelli
Rice vermicelli, a type of noodle made from ground rice, is known for its exceptionally fine texture. Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 5 to 8 minutes, then drain the water and set it aside for later.

Put chicken strips in a bowl. Mix dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper in the bowl

Mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to create stir fry sauce

Stir-fry the sliced garlic, ginger, onions, and red chilies for 2 minutes until the onions soften. Before adding the sliced carrots, stir fry the marinated chicken for 2 minutes. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes until the chicken is done.
